If ordering over the phone, we hold your card details on file, these cannot be accessed after initial entry.
How and why we use your personal data
Collecting your personal information helps us to better understand what you need from us. We only collect the information necessary for us to provide you with our services. We use your information to:

manage and send you promotions, competitions, customer surveys and questionnaires
if you write a review we will share your contact details and your comments with our area management team to allow them to contact you if necessary and to enable them to improve the service we provide. We may also publish your review on our website, on marketing material and on social media but we will remove any personal information other than your first name and the store reviewed.
We use the information that you have given in order to process your order and contact you if required. If you have opted-in to our newsletter, we will also send this to you.
We do not share this information with anyone who isn’t working for (or on behalf of) Home and Dry Limited.

Your information is securely stored.
I keep any personal information for up to 5 years after you stop practising with me. I then dispose of your information by digitally erasing, or shredding any physical copies.
