The type of personal information collected

We collect and process the following information:

  • Your name, email address, location, billing address, shipping address, phone number, any images or other content you upload to the site

  • Details about third parties that you share with us (e.g. the name, address and telephone number of someone you send an order to)

  • Correspondence between you and us

  • If ordering over the phone, we hold your card details on file, these cannot be accessed after initial entry.

How and why we use your personal data

Collecting your personal information helps us to better understand what you need from us.  We only collect the information necessary for us to provide you with our services. We use your information to:

  • manage and improve the site

  • personalise and provide our services to you

  • administer and operate your account

  • process your orders

  • tell you about important changes to the site and our services

  • understand your shopping behaviour to develop and improve our products and services

  • manage and send you promotions, competitions, customer surveys and questionnaires

  • if you write a review we will share your contact details and your comments with our area management team to allow them to contact you if necessary and to enable them to improve the service we provide. We may also publish your review on our website, on marketing material and on social media but we will remove any personal information other than your first name and the store reviewed.

We use the information that you have given in order to process your order and contact you if required. If you have opted-in to our newsletter, we will also send this to you.

We do not share this information with anyone who isn’t working for (or on behalf of) Home and Dry Limited.

How I store your personal information:

Your information is securely stored. 

I keep any personal information for up to 5 years after you stop practising with me. I then dispose of your information by digitally erasing, or shredding any physical copies.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask me to complete information you think is incomplete.

Your right to restriction of processing – You have the right to ask me to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances. 

Your right to object to processing – You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

Your right to data portability – You have the right to ask that I transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
