We may have already started washing or cleaning your item, if this is case, we will not be able to cancel your order.

Uncollected orders

We will retain uncollected orders for up to 3 months from the date you place your order. After this, we reserve the right to dispose of any uncollected items. We may also refuse to accept orders from you if you do not collect items which are for payment in-store.

2. Eligibility & Entry Limits

• One Entry Per Household: Participation is strictly limited to one spin and one prize redemption per household.

• New Subscribers: This promotion is intended for new email subscribers. Duplicate email entries will be disqualified.

• Abuse: Home and Dry reserves the right to cancel any orders or invalidate vouchers if we suspect fraudulent activity, script/bot usage, or multiple entries from the same household using different email addresses.

3. Prize Tier Conditions Coupons won via the wheel are subject to the following specific spending thresholds:

• Tier 1 Prizes (£20 OFF, 20% OFF, and 15% OFF):

  • Minimum Spend: These vouchers are only valid on orders with a minimum spend of £100.

  • Usage: Single use only. One per customer.

• Tier 2 Prize (10% OFF):

  • Minimum Spend: No minimum spend required.

  • Usage: Single use only. One per customer.

4. Redemption & Validity

• Where to Use: Winning coupon codes are valid for use on Collection & Delivery services or at our physical In-Store locations.

• Combinability: These coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code, offer, or promotion.

• Cash Value: Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

• Expiry: Vouchers must be used within the timeframe stated on the winning screen/email (if applicable).
